A panoramic tour of Venice, starting in St. Mark's square with a view over St Mark's basilica and the Doge’s palace, fourteenth century building from where the ancient Venetian republic exerted the control over the city. Passing through the famous Bridge of Sighs, the tour will end at a famous pastry shop, where they prepare the Venetian tiramisu in front of you. You will taste one of the 27 tiramisu different choices at the shop.

Guided tour to a parmigiano factory, with explanation about its method of production. Then tasting of different kinds of parmesan cheese, salami, jams and honey. Your second stop will be a prosciuttificio, a local factory where they produce the famous Italian cured ham. You will visit the factory and then you will have a tasting of different kinds of Italian cured ham. On the way back stop and tasting at a Balsamic Vinegar Factory

Morning: transfer to the chef's private home in the Tuscan countryside for a 4 hours' cooking lesson. You can choose between: a Tuscan menu, a pizza lesson, a pastry lesson. Have lunch with the meals you prepared with your own hands, weather permitting lunch will be served in the outdoor terrace of the house. Afternoon our driver will take you to a close winery for a private tour to its cellar + wine tasting of Chianti red wines.

Guided visit to a cheese farm, which still produces real home made and genuine food. The tour includes a visit to its wine cellar, its old olive mill and a unique demonstration of the old way they still follow to produce handmade mozzarella cheese. A lunch with mozzarella, tomatoes, salami, vegetables and ricotta cheese will follow, ending with different tastings of limoncello.

Visiting a typical "Masseria Pugliese" (Apulian farm) with its ancient olive groves, the vegetable garden, the grain fields. Then you will have a detailed lesson on grain. You will learn how to prepare the "orecchiette", a typical handmade pasta from Puglia, the "focaccia pugliese" (a pizza with only tomatoes) and you will eat all the meals you prepared with your own hands.
